MICHAEL A. LEPIS, MD,FAAPMR,FAAPM – trained in General Surgery at MonmouthMedical Center and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Temple University in Philadelphia, was also awarded his PMR Board Certification in July of 2000. Dr. Lepis then completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management with Mid Atlantic Spine Institute receiving his Board Certification in Pain Medicine in 2002, and completed training in electrodiagnostic medicine.
Upon returning to his hometown of Wall Township, NJ, Dr. Lepis established Comprehensive Pain Management & Physical Therapy. Dr. Lepis specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of painful conditions using invasive and non-invasive treatment options, patient physical rehabilitation, and preventative medicine including osteoporosis diagnosis and treatment and electrodiagnostic.
In addition, we also have a full support staff of nurses, medical assistants, ultrasound technicians, x-ray technicians, and a very extensive administrative staff.
Patricia Buck has been a Physical Therapist for over 40 years. She completed her education at Ithaca College & Albert Einstein School of Medicine where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She has held numerous clinical and administrative positions in her extensive career.
Patricia has focused her career in orthopedics specializing in treating shoulder, knee, & hand injuries.Her expertise also lies in treating the injured athlete with a concentration in soccer injuries. She is also skilled in the areas of pediatric injuries and disabilities having worked in the NJ schools systems for over a decade.Her administrative career has spanned 4 decades when she began her career as a Chief Physical Therapist at Hamilton Hospital in Hamilton, NJ. (now Robert Wood)She spent 8 years as a director for HealthSouth outpatient clinics in New Jersey. Her vast career also includes home health, rehabilitation, hospital PT, and skilled nursing facilities.She has also owned her own Physical Therapy practice in Freehold, NJ.
She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1973.She has also been a member of the New Jersey Chapter since its inception, and a member of the orthopedic section as well.She is currently CPR certified and a certified Kinesiotaper. Patricia is an APTA trained clinical instructor for PT & PTA students.Patricia is a firm believer in promoting the field of Physical Therapy which she applies to student programs. Patricia continues to attend current courses and seminars in order to maintain PT licenses in New Jersey, Connecticut, & Nevada.
Having grown up in Connecticut, she currently resides in Manasquan, New Jersey with her husband Charles.They have 3 grown children, Jared, Lindsey, & Travis and 4 grandchildren.Her interests include family activities, biking, skiing, baking & quilting. She spent 20 years coaching both girls & boys soccer in New Jersey. She has coached at club and state levels as well as becoming one of the first female referees in New Jersey. Her vacations are usually spent in Las Vegas, Nevada visiting her eldest son and grandsons.
Patricia’s life long goal has been to restore function and return people to a normal lifestyle.She has achieved this through her treatment of patients throughout her vast career.It has been a rewarding journey for Mrs. Buck.
